Information we handle

Website delivery and security

When a browser requests a page, our content delivery provider, bunny.net, receives technical request information such as an IP address, requested URL, time, and browser or device information to deliver the page, troubleshoot, and protect the service. These requests occur on every page load.

Website analytics

This site loads Google Analytics 4 on every page to measure visits. It can receive page titles, page addresses, device and browser information, interaction events, and a browser identifier.

Fonts

The site requests fonts (Instrument Serif and Manrope) from Google Fonts. That connection may expose normal network request information to Google.

Information you send us

The Book a Demo page loads a form supplied by our CloudTeams service. If you submit the form, the information you enter (first name, last name, email, company, and message), plus the page URL, referrer, and campaign parameters sent with your request, is sent through CloudTeams for Portal Robotics to respond to your request. You can also email us directly; your chosen communication provider and Portal Robotics then handle the details you share.

Why we use information

We use information to deliver, maintain, and secure the website; to understand site use and improve content; to respond to demo and quote requests and provide the services you ask for; and to meet legal obligations or protect rights when applicable. We do not sell personal information.

Providers and international processing

We use bunny.net to deliver the site. The Book a Demo page loads a CloudTeams form, and form submissions are processed through CloudTeams. We use Google Analytics to measure site use, and Google Fonts to load site fonts. These providers may process information outside your state or country. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the site and its users.

How long information is kept

Google Analytics cookies can have a default lifetime of up to two years, subject to browser restrictions and the property's configuration. Hosting logs, analytics events, and direct inquiries have separate retention settings and business schedules.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain uses, or opt out of communications. Security, children, and changes

We use HTTPS and limit access to site administration, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. This business-to-business site is not designed for children, and we do not intentionally invite children to submit information. We may update this notice when site features or providers change; the revised date will appear at the top of the approved policy.
